Annie Rigby, BHPP
About me
I am a counseling intern currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I believe that choosing to begin counseling is an act of courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they explore their inner strengths, face challenges, and create meaningful change.
My approach is strength-based and rooted in the belief that healing happens when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can sit with their experiences without judgment and develop practical skills, tools, and insights to navigate their environments and life transitions with greater confidence.
Outside of counseling, I find joy and grounding in many things and am endlessly curious. I love spending time with my husband and our three children. Friends, yoga, hiking, visual art, and being in nature energize my life.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” — Ralph Waldo Emerson
