I am an intern and graduate student at Ottawa University in the professional counseling program.
I am passionate about helping individuals rediscover joy in their everyday life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck I offer a supportive, judgement-free space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences safely.
I love working with children and adolescents who are navigating big emotions, self-doubt, and the challenges of growing up in today’s world. Whether a child is struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, school pressures, or emotional regulation, I provide a safe, supportive space where they can feel seen, heard, and understood. Through creative and age-appropriate strategies—including play, art, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral tools—I help kids and teens better understand themselves and learn healthier ways to cope.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent over a decade as a teacher, where I discovered my passion for helping children navigate their emotions, build confidence, and develop a strong sense of self. That experience shaped the heart of my work today: supporting individuals as they learn to better understand themselves, challenge negative thinking patterns, and grow in self-compassion.
