RACHEL MASON, LAMFT

About me

I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, and I care deeply about helping people feel more connected. Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when relationships feel strained or misunderstood, but you don’t have to navigate that alone.

I view challenges through a relational lens, meaning I pay close attention to the patterns and dynamics that develop between people over time. Instead of focusing on who is at fault, we work together to understand what’s happening underneath the surface and how those patterns may be keeping you stuck.

I especially enjoy working with couples who find themselves caught in ongoing conflicts, communication struggles, or the pain of broken trust. Together, we slow things down, make sense of the cycle you’re in, and begin building new ways of relating that feel safer, more honest, and more connected.

I also love working with teens and their families, helping each person feel heard while strengthening the relationships that matter most.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—while also gently supporting you in making the changes you want to see in your life and relationships.

Outside of my work, I’ve been married to my husband for 25 years, and we have four children. I value strong, meaningful relationships and enjoy spending time with family and friends. My faith is an important part of my life and influences the way I show up with care, compassion, and purpose.
